Once a month
Come along to visit interesting places in and around Oslo, meet friends and have fun.  It’s free of charge and you participate in activities as you can. We pay for ourselves (lunch, cost for traveling etc.,) and split any costs for guides etc (when applicable) on an equal basis.

Mah Jong
Wednesdays 10:00
This Chinese tile game, played around the world, helps keep the brain sharp. It involves collecting tiles to complete set hands, and you can learn in one session. Beginners and advanced players are welcome.  Members take turns hosting the event.

Mountain Biking
Tuesdays 11:00
Come cycle through the forests of Oslo! Tours last for 2-4 hours. Bring a bike, helmet, water, little chocolate bar or any small snack!

Painting
Wednesdays 10:00
Bring out the artist in you!  

Sewing $
Thursdays 9:30 - 12:30 (meeting days are flexible)
Want to learn how to hem your pants? Want to make a skirt yourself? It is a lot easier than you may think! And a lot of fun!    

Skiing $
During the ski season (January to March) ICON offers ski instruction for cross-country, downhill and snowboarding plus equipment hire at reduced prices for members and their families. You can even have a go at Telemark skiing! We also arrange social skiing for Members.

Think it’s just for old ladies? Think again. Come along for a knit & a natter and maybe make something while you’re at it. All levels welcome, including those with crochet hooks! Members take turns hosting the event.

Tennis $
Mondays 
Learn how to play or improve you skills! Or, if you need a partner, come along!       

      
Walking Group
Mondays 10:00
Meet up for 1 to 2 hour walks around Oslo and the surrounding area.

Yoga $
Thursdays 9:30 - 11:00 (10 week course beginning October 13th)
Use your breath to connect your mind and body.
